Congratulations to Ritchie Hopkinson on achieving his 50th game for Botany Swarm.

Ritchie played his milestone game against the Canterbury Red Devils at The Hive on Sunday 7 July.

Richie first joined the New Zealand Ice Hockey League in 2011 and played for the West Auckland Admirals and eventually moved across town to play for the Swarm in 2016. Over this time he has proved to be a steady presence in the Swarm line-up, consistently playing solid 2-way hockey.

Now heading into his fourth season with us, we are proud to have him as part of the Botany Swarm family.
